Late response, but the answer is currently anywhere from $45 per year to $120 per year, depending upon feature set. And that is for a single machine, although you can get discounts for a multiple machine license. All in all, far better to just scrap the license when the year is up and buy a new one, which is almost always available for far less than that through retail channels. This year I bought a 5-machine, 1-year license for $40.
