Yes, you can get multiple year licenses. But FWIW, multiple one-year licenses like these were significantly cheaper than the multiple year licenses I've found anywhere. The only downside is you would have to replace an expiring one-year license in your account each year. That's why I bought multiple one-year licenses.

I called Malwarebytes about this a few years ago and they did not but I suggest calling them to see if they may have multiple year subscriptions now.

I'm sure you can but I just bought for 1 year.
