Once the activation starts on 1 device, if s/w installed on other 2 devices later will they have same or different expiration? null

It depends on what date you install it. You get 365 days from the date you insert your new code. If you install it too early, you will lose some of those 365 days, They do not add them to the days you have remaining on your current subscription. That is a big negative about Malwarebytes. 
They keep reminding you to renew with pop-ups, but if you do it a month early, you will lose a month.

It will all expire in the same date as the initial activation

Good question, logically the expiration date should be different per device based on when they were added but practically it seems it is not the case as I see one expiration date of the subscription plan regardless of the device.

Your expiration is set as soon as you activate the code. Regardless if you deactivate different devices back-and-forth, the date stays the same.
