Definitely a mistake. My order came with mounting screws.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You probably bought a returned item where the previous buyer took the mounting screw and kept it. Maybe they even very carefully opened the box so they could fool Best Buy into thinking they hadn't opened the box and pilfered a part.
