Decent Tripod
||Posted .I like the build quality of this tripd and the features that allow to adjust heights and rotate. I do think the head is a little stiffer than I like, which is why I'm not giving 5 stars. I also like the way the legs extend, they are much more sturdy than some others I've used. I am very happy with it, though, and can see using it far into the future.

Sturdy tripod
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed.I’ve used this tripod for a couple of months with my Sony a7III, smallrig cage, with two lights and a Rode mic. Holds up pretty good. I highly recommend this. If not this particular tripod. I recommend the company.

Missing parts
Posted .I just bought this tripod after having used it previously before for an event I had to shoot. I opened the box and set the tripod up normally, but the quick release plate did NOT come with a screw to connect the camera to it. I've now had to purchase screws separately from another company, and wont get them until Monday afternoon. I needed this today on Saturday. I would think after paying almost $200, after tax, it would come with a tiny screw to actually attach my camera to it.

Good for beginners!
||Posted .This is a good beginner tripod. It works for what I have used it for. I would say my only thing I would’ve liked is that it would allow me to turn my camera and shoot portrait (which I don’t think it does - I could be wrong so double check!!) Overall, a basic and good starter. If you are a professional who has extra money and wants super quality, go for one of manfroto’s more professional line of tripods. They are very expensive, but for professionals they are worth it in the long run.

It works, but it's not impressive.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. It works. Manfrotto is known for making great stuff. The mount plate is a standard size, so my existing plates will work with it. My problem is it's just... it feels too light weight and flimsy. Even with a DSLR on it - No cage, no lights or heavy accessories - Just a DSLR with a little mic on top, it struggles with the weight. Does it work? Yes. Is it realistically the best tripod BestBuy had in stores that day with a fluid head? Yes. Would I get it again? Probably not.
