I like the build quality of this tripd and the features that allow to adjust heights and rotate. I do think the head is a little stiffer than I like, which is why I'm not giving 5 stars. I also like the way the legs extend, they are much more sturdy than some others I've used. I am very happy with it, though, and can see using it far into the future.

I’ve used this tripod for a couple of months with my Sony a7III, smallrig cage, with two lights and a Rode mic. Holds up pretty good. I highly recommend this. If not this particular tripod. I recommend the company.

Used tripod just a handful of times and the the plastic securing the bolt just cracked off when I was setting up. Would not trust this tripod with expensive equipment

Good tripod, very light and easy to maneuver. I use Manfrotto almost exclusively and I needed a third tripod for a wedding I was going to shoot and I chose this one. All the video head controls work well, its not top of the line but it came out of the box level and that is important to me. I didn't have to spend a lot of time micro adjusting it to get it perfectly level. I was able to move this around quickly, it had a Canon 80D with a RODE Pro+ Mic on it and I had no issues the whole shoot. I was there over 8 hours and got a lot of good footage using this as a 3rd shooter. I would recommend if you need a sturdy light tripod. I don't think it would hold up for a main tripod the way I use them but for a 3rd camera, it worked great.

Tripods aren’t typically something I get excited about purchasing but I needed one last minute for a honeymoon trip and this seemed to be the best option for me and it EXCEEDED my expectations. Super easy to set up and take down, not to heavy, and fully supported my heavy camera gear without a fear of it falling. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good tripod that doesn’t break the bank.

One of the best tripods we have invested in. And this comes from the experience of using 5 other tripods with fluid heads that simply don’t feel great, or preform as smooth. I really do enjoy getting smooth pan and motions with the camera with this tripod. The quick release head is actually a big reason why I enjoy this product, instead of the typical quick release of still tripods, this one gives an extra step in reassurance that you have full control how the camera comes off. The legs are sturdy and great quality, even being able to put the camera closer to the ground, just an extra add on for different angles that most other tripods don’t do well, or don’t do at all. My issue is the support for the company, when the handle broke (it being the weakest link that broke off), they did not respond to my warranty claim, so I purchased another one with great support then.

Bought this open box. Had to swap the head with a display unit, other than that, this is a great tripod. Has the level, lots of adjustments for standard video/photography and macro. Legs have a wide splat setting where they can spread out further than just the normal tripod spread. Comes in handy if you have to go low and still need the stability of a full size tripod. Well built. Easy to transport. I actually have it strapped on the side of my back pack.

Tri-pod is pretty standard. The build of it is overall solid and I think this tripod would be on the very slightly heavier side. But still pretty light. Unfortunately a bag doesn’t come with this product; which sorta makes sense for the value. The features I like the most probably like most people is the versatility of the manfrotto mounting plates, they’re built solid. The fluid head and the rotation is smooth, as is the tilt, definitely good for small films. Overall I think for a value product this is what you want. It seems a bit on the pricier side but in terms of getting the best value for your buck, I think it’s hard to find other options as solid as this one with a brand name and reputation following it.

Sturdy, light, easy to use. Works as expected for a manfrotto tripod. Only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is because a piece fell off. I easily enough put it back in place though. Other than that, great product.

I just bought this tripod after having used it previously before for an event I had to shoot. I opened the box and set the tripod up normally, but the quick release plate did NOT come with a screw to connect the camera to it. I've now had to purchase screws separately from another company, and wont get them until Monday afternoon. I needed this today on Saturday. I would think after paying almost $200, after tax, it would come with a tiny screw to actually attach my camera to it.

This is a very light tripod. Very smooth fluid head. I find myself wishing it was just a little bit taller, but overall I'm very happy with it. Build quality is top notch, and you can lock basically any part of the head. I do wish there was a hook on the bottom to hang a weight or other accessory, but that's easy enough to add. I would definitely suggest this product to a friend.
