“Is this compatible for the Canon EOS Rebel T for quick release?”

I have try with my Canon EOS Rebel T8i and it doesn't! There is not such a thing "quick release or so, by the contrary you have to use the screws that comes with it. Not worthy at all! I expected better coming from Manfrotto
