It goes upto 6ft but I don't trust it at that height for stability or fir long exposures. And no can't got to ground level.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure how high it will go, my guess is around 5'6" (this is the aprox height I had it at. The legs can be adjusted individually, helpful for using on a hill. I would say it goes down to around 20", I strap it to the side of my camera bag.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The 60" Compact Action Tripod goes up to 60" inches. All the legs are adjustable to make it break down to the size it is in the box. The height can not go literally on the ground nor could any tripod. However, it will get down to just over a foot.
