• It goes upto 6ft but I don't trust it at that height for stability or fir long exposures. And no can't got to ground level.

• I'm not sure how high it will go, my guess is around 5'6" (this is the aprox height I had it at. The legs can be adjusted individually, helpful for using on a hill. I would say it goes down to around 20", I strap it to the side of my camera bag.

• 60 inches as stated with a little bit more available with thumb screw extension on top. Individual legs have three adjustment pull outs each; lowest setting is about 19 and 1/2 inches off ground without camera.

• The tripod extends to 5' height. Yes the individual legs are adjustable. It can be lowered down to 18"

• Yes, all legs are adjustable for any height up to the full 60 inches. I am 6 foot 4 inches and find the height comforable to shoot from.

• The tripod legs are individually adjustable. Each leg has several adjustments available. The lowest to the ground you can get the camera while on the tripod is about 14 inches.

• The 60" Compact Action Tripod goes up to 60" inches. All the legs are adjustable to make it break down to the size it is in the box. The height can not go literally on the ground nor could any tripod. However, it will get down to just over a foot.
