• Yes I use my manfrotto with my Nikon D5300 & Nikkor 70-300mm lens. While it does hold the weight quite well I would be sure to use a counterweight for extra center pull. I use my camera pack. And I always make sure I have a leg out in front of the camera in the direction I am shooting to compensate for the lens weight. Hope this answer helps.

• Yes it will. I have a 300 mm lens and it does just fine!

• Easily. I have a D3300 with a 300mm and it's not a problem at all. Just make sure you adjust the button and level properly.

• I is capable of holding it steady but not in a windy situation. I have a Nikon D80 with a 200 mm and it doe fine. However I find the action on the head to be a bit sticky. Then again this is not a $250 tripod

• It's much better suited to bridge cameras, but if you don't extend it all the way up, and it you use a stone back or other stabilizer, it should be fine.

• Yes with out any problem. However, it would depend on the type of lens not just the 200mm. Such as if it has a ultra sonic motor then the lens will be bigger. But i am doubting that it the situation.
