• Yes. It has an adapter to hold a cell phone. It also can hold a camera.

• It holds my Samsung Note 9 easily, so I cant see a phone too large for this, or too small really.

• The tripod comes with a smartphone attachment that can hold a handset as large as a Samsung Note series handset. Also it supports cameras.

• Yes, it has 1/4" screw thread which will allow it to hold any camera (up to 3.5 lbs). Also comes with a phone clamp. Which holds phone up to 3.2" wide.
