Hello. Good question. It all depends on how many speakers you have in your set-up. If you have a 2 channel set-up, the PM6007 is the way to go because it is compatible with a wider range of speakers than the NR1510, owing to the PM6007's more advanced power amplifier stage. If you have your speakers set-up for surround sound, then the NR1510 is a good option because it will provide you with the rear speaker effects from the movies and TV shows encoded this way, and it can also offer a variety of simulated surround effects for source content which wasn't necessarily offered in surround sound. The NR1510 is also able to deliver a 2 channel experience for your CDs and LPs.
