• There are lots of different headphone manufacturers out there, so it's really more of a personal preference. Grado, Sennheiser, Focal, Abyss and even Denon all have high end models to choose from.

• There is no headphone jack. Your headphones would hook up at your stereo receiver, which you hook up the cd player to.
