No the game has to be inserted in order to play it. You also need to purchase the pass separately to play online with each other.

Yes but the account that bought it needs to download it to each console. Family plan required for all to play online though

I have tried and could not do, simply because each switch has its own account(cant be the same due to if one kid is using it the other cannot use the other device for some reason)
