- Answer Read Best Buy's return policy (which they have online---they have time constraints for returns). I was able to return a duplicate game that my grandson received for Christmas on the very last day of the return policy, and it was accepted without a problem. You start the return process online---very easy to do. They sent me a preprinted (free) return address label too. And I received my entire money back from Best Buy. The one I returned was new and unused, in the same sealed cellophane wrap that I received it in.

QuestionIs Switch racing feel more like Mario Kart Wii racing or U racing? I found the races on the Wii U very sedate. No surprises. On the Wii you could go from 1st to 12th and work your way back up. On the WiiU it felt like one bad shell and over. How’s Switch?

- Answer No. Once a game is removed from its wrapping it cannot be returned. You could always sell it secondhand though.
