A:AnswerRead Best Buy's return policy (which they have online---they have time constraints for returns). I was able to return a duplicate game that my grandson received for Christmas on the very last day of the return policy, and it was accepted without a problem. You start the return process online---very easy to do. They sent me a preprinted (free) return address label too. And I received my entire money back from Best Buy. The one I returned was new and unused, in the same sealed cellophane wrap that I received it in.
