Can I get a refund for a game I purchased null

Read Best Buy's return policy (which they have online---they have time constraints for returns). I was able to return a duplicate game that my grandson received for Christmas on the very last day of the return policy, and it was accepted without a problem. You start the return process online---very easy to do. They sent me a preprinted (free) return address label too. And I received my entire money back from Best Buy. The one I returned was new and unused, in the same sealed cellophane wrap that I received it in.

why does the return option on the site allows to return it then if thats the case how can you see if something works or if you change your mind or even got a second copy of it and decided to take it back this policy sucks I talked to soo many ppl from Corp says it ok then it sent back this is by far the worse Company ever

As long as it’s not open you will have to talk to customer service

Contact support about your issue I am sure that they would be happy to help you and hopefully give you a refund if there is something wrong with the game.

Yes but the game cannot be opened which is disappointing and as long as it’s within the returnable time frame. Make sure to have everything you need before heading to the store!
