• If you own the physical cartridge, you can use it on both by simply putting the cartridge in the other Switch. However, for digital copies I believe you can only use it on one Nintendo account at a time and must go through a process to transfer it to another Nintendo account if you wish to move it which is a hassle and may be limited in how many times you can do it as well.

• Physical copy can be played on both but not at the same time. You would need 2 copies.
