Acton III is not rated as dust proof or waterproof / water-resistant. If you are looking for a similar speaker that is rated for light outdoor use, check out Kilburn III -- rated as IP54 dust and water-resistant and can handle a splash of water or a little dirt. Our Rugged Portable Speakers (Willen, Emberton, and Middleton) are IP67 dust and waterproof and can handle more water, but we do not recommend leaving any Marshall speakers outside long-term.
