“My Emberton cannot pair with iPhone 12 and iPad mini5 but can do with Windows10. How to fix it, please advice me?”

Hello there, the Emberton is compatible with the iPhone and iPad. Before proceeding, please disconnect the speaker from the Windows 10. Then push and hold in the Bluetooth button until the LED light starts to flash, look in the iPhone's Bluetooth list for the speaker and select to pair with it. Open your Bluetooth settings on your apple device and if you have connected before, select "Forget Device." To connect it, press the black Bluetooth button on the speaker until the device light starts to blink. Then on your apple device click "Allow new connections." Select your speaker and wait for the two to pair. It will say connected next to the name of the speaker on your apple device once connected.
