QuestionThe charging cable on mine fits very loosely in the port, it practically falls out at the slightest touch, I’ve tried other cables but got the same results. Has anybody else had this same experience?

- Answer same here. brand new speaker, plugged it in to charge and looked at it a few minutes later and the cable has fallen out just sitting on the desk. seems to be super weak retention no matter the cable. unfortunately need to return :(

- Answer Hello there, the Emberton is compatible with the iPhone and iPad. Before proceeding, please disconnect the speaker from the Windows 10. Then push and hold in the Bluetooth button until the LED light starts to flash, look in the iPhone's Bluetooth list for the speaker and select to pair with it. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to support@marshallheadphones.com.

QuestionI bought it from Best Buy, everything works great except it auto turns off when no music is playing after around 10 minutes or so and I need to turn it back on by holding the power button on the speaker every time. How to make it stand by?

- Answer The "stand by" button makes sense when the device is working on battery. While I ma using it while hte charging cable is connected, it does not make any sense to go to stand by. An option to "not stand by" should be placed on the device.
