Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes and I fear over time it will not hold the cord.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t have any problems with mine but it doesn’t have any wear and tear on it. I’ve only charged it twice. It certainly won’t fall out on its own at this point. It does seem that with time it may become loose, especially, if it gets torqued on while connected, loosening the connection on the speaker side.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar problem where I found that any charging cable other than the one that came with the speaker would fall out of the charging port. When comparing the Marshall charging cord with other type c chargers, it is longer than standard, meaning you cannot use a standard type c charger on it because it won't reach the charging port. My personal suspicion is that this is because they want you to buy a marshall brand charger. It's a great speaker, but this part annoys me and my charging cable quit working so now I need a new one and can't just exchange one of my many extra charging cables for it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it’s like the charger is not long enough to stay in the port. Mine charges but only when I place the cord in just right. I do wonder how it will wear over time. Makes me rethink my purchase :/
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have had no issues with the charge cable at all.
