“When hooked up to TV do you have the option of listening to both the Marshall speakers and headphones at the same time or does enabling bluetooth cut out the main speakers? I want to be able to listen to my Bose bluetooth headphones and wife to speaker.”

Generally each audio source can only connect to one Bluetooth device at a time, we don't believe the setup you are describing is possible.
