We recommend doing a factory reset on the Stanmore III speaker to make sure it isn't connected to any other devices and then try a new Bluetooth pairing with your iPhone. These two devices are compatible, so there seems to be an issue occurring. If you need assistance, reach out to the Marshall Support Team through the official online store.
