• Hello, the Stanmore III is a larger speaker in comparison to the Acton III. The Stanmore III is capable of louder output with an SPL rating of 97 dB @ 1 m where the Acton III has an SPL rating of 95 dB @ 1 m. Both speakers offer 3.5 mm aux and Bluetooth connectivity, but the Stanmore III also offers RCA connectivity.

• Stanmore is bigger with bigger speakers. Much fuller sound and can dial it to higher volume. Better bass response. Worth the extra $100 for me.
