Larger woofer always makes more low end more available as long as the driver is capable. In this case it is. B2 has a very good balance from low to high end, especially in its price range. I've heard both extensively and myself went with the B2. The more range and headroom you give yourself the better.

The difference between them is the B2 is able to play lower and provide a fuller sound. While not a drastic difference, it also has a cleaner sound due to the larger size driver, providing cleaner bass/mids because it doesn't have to work as hard.
