If it is assorted they (Best Buy) pick what you get and there could be duplicates (you can return if you get duplicates). You only get the individual figures when it is specified as a specific figure.

U decide what figure u want. The only time u mite not be able to choose is if it says random or assorted figures. But u dont have to buy it. Hasbro pulse, bigbadtoystore, target, game stop. Bestbuy, amazon & Walmart all have good selections also Ebay. But the last 3 can have different price range so dont overpay.

The store picks one of the characters based on what's available in the store. I had to order from 4 stores and finally got lucky at the last one and received the right one that my son wanted. The title description does say "styles may vary"
