• The DLC is downloaded to the hard drive of the PlayStation the only way to do that is either transfer the hard drive or you can just transfer the data from one console to another. I have 2 ps4 with all the same data on them by just transferring everything to the other. Then I got a ps5 and just chose what games I wanted to transfer over it’s really easy to do just time consuming
