Both the editions of the game are always going to be available. They may just drop the word "launch" from the name of the game but otherwise these 2 editions are always going to exist. So you can buy it later if you wish. If you choose to pre-order the game, the bonuses will be ready to use from the beginning of the game. If you don't pre-order the game, you'll still earn all the bonuses through gameplay and you'll receive the bonuses as you complete challenges and tasks within the game. There are no micro-transactions in the game, so you'll earn everything through gameplay.
