I think deliver extra fee or not depends your location also their company includes white cloves or not. But they don't unpack for you,you will do it by yourself ! I bought last week they delivery to my room(upstairs) bedroom not unpack it and you will connect legs massage to massage chair by yourself too but it easy so no worry about it!
