- Answer On top, there is a small plastic tab to remove. This tab is between the two folds above the air nozzle. Sometimes you must clip the plastic holding the tab with a sharp cutter, but mostly you should be able to just remove the tab.

- Answer The cannister contains "Flammable Gas" that is pressurized. Might be (probably will be) dangerous when not handled/used Exactly as directed. Whomever uses it should be able to read, comprehend, use responsibly and realize consequences of misuse or mishandleing of product and cannister.
