Not sure I understand the fan question. A fan should come with the new microwave and venting depends on your wall or hood vent situation ( read the instructions carefully).

You will want to make sure the cutout dimensions per the Installation Instructions. You will want to make sure the opening is a minimum of 30" and its 30" from the top of the stovetop to the bottom of the cabinetry above.
