Did you pick it up? Has the order shipped? You should have received an email confirmation after submitting the order, which would have included an order number. You can check the status of your order on BestBuy.com by clicking on "Order Status" at the top of the page. I would suggest looking up your order under guest even if you didn't place your order as a guest. Thanks!
