I HAVE PURCHASE A MAYTAG STAINLESS STEEL MAYTAG 21.2 CU FT TOP FREEZER REFRIGERATOR ON MAY 2016 AND THEN ON NOVEMBER 2016 THE UNIT GOT BROKEN I CALL BEST BUY NO ANSWERS I HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE STORE AND TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT MY REFRIGERATOR THEY HAVE PROVIDE ME A MAYTAG PHONE NUMBER, I HAVE CALLED MAYTAG TO FIX THE UNIT THEY CALLED A COMPANY AND THE COMPANY CAME 3 WEEKS LATER TO CHECK THE FRIDGE, ACORDING TO THE TECNICIAN A CONTROL PART MUST BE ORDER IT WILL TAKE 2 WEEKS IT TOOK ONE MONTH TO GET THE PART THE INSTALL IT, AND I DID NOT RESOLVED THE PROBLEM THEN AL CALLED MAY TAYTAG AGAIN, , THEY SENT A TEC AGAIN TO CHECK THE UNIT IT TOOK SINCE NOBEMVER TO FEBRUARY TO FIX MY REFRIGERATOR BAD SERVICE UNCEPTABLE. I HAVE PAID OVER A THOUSEND DLLS FOR THIS UNIT.
