“How do I take the lock off? I hold the button for 3 seconds and nothing”

• Hi Pomona, this might sound a little crazy, but you actually have to hold the button down a solid 3 seconds (one- one thousand, two- one thousand, 3- one thousand) for the lock to disengage. We hope this helps.
