“We have this model. we pre heated the oven and had hot mits in the bottom drawer. after about 10 minutes the mits started on fire. Is there suppose to be a insulation plate below the burner.?”

Lucky you didn't burn your house down!!! The bottom drawer isn't for storage as most people believe. It is a keep warm drawer for cooked foods. I would suggest that you read your owner's manuals all the way through before using your next device of any kind!!!

When I tried to set up a delivery time, I was told none were available and had to wait for it to be shipped in, I am waiting to see if it arrives on Jan 14th which is my delivery date. I will be calling I can assure you.
