These washing machines SUCK !!! I have similar problems !!! I returned the first one to Best Buy and the replacement is not any better!!! I would not recommend this product to anyone!! I will never buy another Maytag product EVER !!!! Best Buy, STOP SELLING THIS PRODUCT !!!!!!!
