It rinses when it is good and ready....it is sensing: for balance, water level, etc. It is the worst machine! Just returned it. The manual provided , Best Buy, nor manufacturer can tell you how long any of the cycles take! Product specs has not been uploaded to manufacturers website. They recommend looking on Whirlpool site....who has time for that. Simple question...crickets! No answers.
