“I tried to use the power wash cycle On the washer but it got stuck on wash. This is a brand new washer, the settings were set to auto sensing, heavy, and hot water. I do not know what I did wrong Or what stopped it from progressing.”

Tough to figure out this machine. You have to read the book for a few tips, but I hate the water sensing feature. Cant help you. Sorry
