“After a wash it had not spun out the water. I used the Drain & Spin feature but for some reason it also rinsed again, but STILL didn't spin out the water. I balanced the load and tried again. Same result. I had to wash the load all over again. Why?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.sounds like you need a service technician. Could not be spinning fast enough, could have the water pump not functioning. If it is spinning at high speed, I would suspect the water pump.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this washer for about a week. I like it a lot. It uses less water than I am used to. I use the normal cycle button. Cool water...normal selector deep water wash 2 rinses . So far I am very pleased with it. I just followed the directions of the Manufacturer's guide. There should be a help number or troubleshooting guide too. Oh by the way I use low suds laundry detergent as the book suggests. Works like a champ.
