Karen, please make sure that you are not using too much detergent. If too much detergent is used it will cause white residue. We also suggest running an affresh Washer cleaning cycle at least once a month to help keep the indie of the Washer clean. We hope this helps!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had the same issue and it's frustrating. I have owned my machine for about 5 weeks now. I've read the users had issues with the pods so I thought I would be ok since I do not use the pods. I use only a small amount of detergent and even tried the second rinse but I still get the residue. It seems odd to me that a liquid detergent would not dissolve adequately with an agitator. I tend use cold water to help with shrinkage and fading of my work clothes. Perhaps that's the problem. I can't figure it out.
