• Be sure the floor where you put the washer is LEVEL. My husband used his levelling tool and made sure that all the bottom are properly aligned.

• Is noisy only some of the time. May have to do with loading evenly.

• Adjust the legs at the bottom of the washer. It is uneven. All you have to do is turn them one at a time to make sure they are on the ground. I had this problem on my previous washer.
