WHICH SETTING SUPPLIES THE MOST WATER IN THE TUB? null

None of the settings supply a decent level of water. This washing machine is absolutely pathetic. The deepest setting puts about 2 inches of water in the wash basin, filling maybe 3-5% of its capacity.
