I have had the same problems, plus other problems since day one also. My fabric softener tray worked one the first load, and never worked again. Water sensor is a joke. Rinse & Spin cycle has to be used up to three times to spin out water for a full-sized quilt. It's very noisy also. I will not put up this for 10years. I'm getting a new washer. (I also bought the dryer. It runs very hot even on low!!!!) This set is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is normal for some water to be in the trays after the cycle is complete.
