“2nd time using the machine. Spin light is on and machine is locked but appears to have completed cycle. Hit pause to open but spin light still on. Thoughts?”

I have already replace the splutch assembly and waiting on lid lock latch assembly. cheaply made product so you will buy another one or parts soon
