• Yes, but you must purchase required new hoses along with washer purchase for them to install it. My guess is even if you think your old hoses are fine, they don't want to take a change and have you blame them for an improper installation if there's a leak... We pulled our old washer out & cleared the area, which made their visit fast & easy. The hook up is good, machine is level... It's a thumbs up for us.

• The delivery people installed the machine. They mixed up the hot and cold lines, so I would check to make sure that is right.
