A:AnswerTHE MACHINE SENSES HOW MUCH WATER IS NEEDED AND ADDS MORE WATER AS THE WASH CYCLE IS IN PROGRESS. I HAVE HAD THIS WASHER 3 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED IN MY CLOTHES CLEANING. THE ONLY TIME THIS WASHER WILL NOT CLEAN AS IT SHOULD IS IF YOU OVER FILL THE WASHER WITH CLOTHES AND THEY CANNOT MOVE. CAN'T WASH A TON OF CLOTHES IN A CUP FULL OF WATER, THEY CAN'T MOVE ENOUGH TO GET CLEAN. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS AND TRUST THE MACHINE TO DO IT'S JOB. IT DOES.
A:AnswerI haven’t tried that. You can get the same result by putting clothes in, adding the detergent directly and starting up the washer and stop before it starts to rotate
A:AnswerTHIS IS A MACHINE YOU NEED TO SET IT AND FORGET IT. IT IS A SENSING MACHINE AND IT WILL SENSE HOW MUCH MORE TIIME IT NEEDS TO COMPLETE THE CYCLE IT IS IN BY THE CLOTHES LOAD NOT BY STRICE TIMES AS SUCH. YOU WILL GET A FEEL FOR THE TME IT TAKES AFTER USING IT FO AWHILE.
A:AnswerWe had a similar problem when we were looking for a washer so we went directly to Best Buy and looked at a model there. The sales person was very helpful and knew a lot about these washers and was able to answer our questions completely.
A:AnswerI lived in MA and had this same washer, sometimes the pipes would clang. I have recently moved to North Carolina, bought same washer and Best Buy installed it. No pipe clanging at all. Prior I was on town water, here I’m on private well. I’m thinking it was pipes and climate in MA. Here it is super quiet.
A:AnswerThe blue and red cap-like things inside the inlet valve are actually screens ( look for the small holes) and should be left in place before connecting hoses.
