QuestionWhat happens after cycle starts and you continue to set controls?

- Answer It will continue at the presets when it began. To change after it starts, press pause - then power button and choose the desired setting, but all liquid in tank will flush out and soap or cleaners will still be mixed with the clothes. You can press rapid wash or continue with new settings but use less detergent.

QuestionCan I fill water with no clothes in washer?

- Answer Yes, you can fill the washer before you put the clothes in, but you need to know what size load you will use. The machine senses how much water you need to make it more energy efficient. There isn't a reason to stop the cycle unless you wish to soak something or you are adding one item to the load. You can then touch the Pause button to open the lid so you can put clothes in.

- Answer on their website it says it isn't, but the paperwork says it is and it performs as a HE ....Yes, it is a high efficiency.

QuestionIs there ANY way to soak a load of laundry for an indefinite period of time (as in several hours or overnight) in this machine? It sounds like "pause" does not work for more than a few minutes.

- Answer Yes. You must pause the load at the point where it is as full as you want. THEN UNPLUG FROM THE WALL! I know, crazy, right? That's the only thing I've found that works. Then when I'm done soaking, I replug and set the machine to drain and spin.

QuestionHow can I get the deep fill setting to the high level

- Answer once you select your wash cycle just to the right of the start button is are 5 settings. On the bottom of the 5 is deep fill. Push on the word deep fill and you see the light come on to the right. That means deep fill is on and auto sensing is off. Once deep fill light is on go ahead and start.

QuestionIt says remove tray if using pods how do you remove tray?

- Answer I don't use pods but I'm assuming you are referring to the tray that holds the detergent, bleach and fabric softener. The tray just pulls out. I may have to look into this myself though as sometimes another family member will buy pods. I was under the impression you just dropped them in the wash. Not sure why you would have to remove the tray.

QuestionThe “Extra Rinse” option can be used to AUTOMATICALLY add a 2nd rinse to the wash cycle. What if, after the wash cycle is completed, I want to just MANUALLY rinse the clothes again. How do I do that? (The Drain & Spin option doesn't rinse also, does it?)

- Answer If you want to manually add a second rinse after the conclusion of the wash cycle, select both (1) the Drain & Spin cycle and (2) the Extra Rinse option.

- Answer Tom-They are the same. Both refer to the cavity you see looking in the washer that you put the cloths in. There is an outer tub that you cant see that holds the water which is typically high grade resin plastic.

- Answer YES THE FILLING TIME IS A BIT SLOW BUT THE MACHINE IS SENSING HOW MUCH WATER IS IN AND HOW MUCH MORE IS NEED. THE AGITATOR IS NOT A FAST MOVING IN THIS MACHINE BUT DOES THE THE JOB. THE WATER WILL CONTINUE TO ENTER THEMACHINE UNTIL THE MACHINE SNESES THAT THERE IS ENOUGH WATER FOR THE LOAD.

- Answer Yes, although the option is not listed on the panel. You must select the "drain and spin" cycle along with the "extra rinse" option (those were the instructions listed in my manual.

- Answer Yes, it's normal. I wish it would empty completely. I used to pull the tray out and empty the water, but now I don't worry about it.

- Answer The Deep Fill on this washer fills to the maximum water level. If Auto Sense option is chosen it will fill until it senses enough water to clothes ratio.
