“It says remove tray if using pods how do you remove tray?”

• I don't use pods but I'm assuming you are referring to the tray that holds the detergent, bleach and fabric softener. The tray just pulls out. I may have to look into this myself though as sometimes another family member will buy pods. I was under the impression you just dropped them in the wash. Not sure why you would have to remove the tray.
