• You have to completely disassemble it and take it out of its spot it is the worst placement of a filter I’ve ever seen in my life

• Hello Anna, we recommend cleaning the inside of the unit with a damp cloth. We also recommend cleaning your Washer with Affresh once a month or after every 30 cycles if you are washing more than 30 loads in a month.
