There's also a very short cycle. and within each cycle you can choose temperature, spin speed etc. I love this machine. I bought it a few weeks ago when my old one died. I chose it because Consumer Reports gave it the highest rating on vibration and it hasn't disappointed. It's very quiet and works GREAT!
